Zvika Kezurer
Chairman 

 

 

 

 

Over 25 years of experience in the telecom industry working with Giants like AT&T, Vodaphone Group, SingTel Group, T-Mobile, America Movil driving  Multinational/ Multicultural sales activities over 5 continents.

 

As Amdocs’s Vice President of Partner Sales, Zvika managed the relationships with Amdocs' partners expending the overall Partner Eco System, assisting them to grow their market value selling their products, and services to Amdocs customers.

 

Zvika initiated this line of business in Amdocs, growing its revenue tenfold in just 5 years, and doubling its size after additional 5 years.

 

During his 20 plus years in Amdocs Zvika has been nominated twice for the Amdocs Sales Excellence Club.

 

Prior to Amdocs, Zvika worked for Wiztec Solutions (initially part of Digital, and later by Formula Group), leading Sales and Marketing teams.

 

Previously Zvika Managed Technical Support, and Data Base Administration at the Israeli Aircraft Industries, and Yael Software. 

Currently Zvika participates in Advisory Boards for a few Software companies.

 

Zvika holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Zeev Zelig

Zeev works with Israel's leading life sciences companies to develop strategies for growth and development, positioning Lithuania/EU as the ideal partner to provide sources of funding, partnership, acquisition and market opportunity.

 

Zeev serves as Vice President, General Manager of Genzyme Israel and is also a Director of the Genzyme Rare Diseases Business in the ITC Region. Before joining Genzyme in 1994 Zeev worked for Fissons and for Mediline.

 

Zeev was responsible for the establishment of the Genzyme subsidiaries in the Middle East, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus and Romania and held the position of Genzyme Corporation Patient Coordinator, coordinating between Genzyme and the various Patient Associations.

 

Zeev was the Chairman of the Board at Pharma-Israel, was a founding member of ILSI (Israeli Life Science Industries). He is a member of the Board of the Merage Foundation which trains young Israeli Life Sciences managers. He is a member of AMCHAM (America-Israel Chamber of Commerce) where he is active in the promotion of Israel-US cooperation in the Life Sciences Field. Zeev served on the Steering Committee of the first Life Sciences Baltic Conference.

 

Zeev is one of the leaders in the Israeli Biotech industry and serves as an ambassador of goodwill of the Industry at events around the world.

German Rudek
Director- Lithuania

 

 

 

 

German is the CEO of the InnoForce Group and has joined our team as Hub Director in Lithuania.

 

German in highly active in the IT industry since 1987. As a founder and manager in various positions in several IT companies he was involved in big projects for both public and private sectors. 

 

German worked in partnership with Siemens, SAP, EMC and other big multinational companies. Recently he was appointed as CEO of the Innoforce Group, major SAP and EMC partner in the Baltic region.

 

The InnoForce Group operates in Europe and Central Asia and provides complex IT services and modern integrated solutions for public and private sector organizations. 

 

As business developer German expanded his business activities to other regions: Norway, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan.

Len Judes

Len Judes was one of the founders and is the Chairman of the Israel-Lithuania Chamber of Commerce since its establishement in 2009. 

 

Between 2005 and 2010, Len also chaired the Israel - Britain Chamber of Commerce.

 

Len  is a practicing international lawyer with over 20 years experience, he is a partner in the Cypriot law firm of Stelios Americanos & Co and is a Counsellor to a Tel Aviv business law firm.

 

Len specialises in international aspects of corporate and business law, tax efficient structures, real estate and property law.

Rima Blumenzon

Rima, originally from Lithuania, has been living in Israel since 2004. She works as an experienced QA tester for Arkia - Israeli Airlines Ltd, the second largest Israeli airline.

 

Rima has also much experience in the travel and tourism industry. Rima also specializes in issues of reinstatement of Lithuanian citizenship and officially translates Hebrew to Lithuanian and vice versa.

 

Rima is the promoter, co founder and served as first chair person of “Neria”, a non profit association for the Lithuanians community in Israel.

 

Rima hold a BA degree from the University of Moscow in Business Management. Rima volunteers her time and talent to the Hub, assisting with new business development.

 

Tomas Navardauskas

Tomas has been managing his own business ventures in Lithuania and in Europe for the past 12 years. Tomas is a graduate of B.Sc degree in Economics and Management from Kaunas University of Technology and of Louvain School of Management, UCL (Belgium), where he got his Executive MBA.  

 

Tomas has an entrepreneurial spirit and strong track record in managing operations and technological projects across multiple different countries whilst leading and managing teams, suppliers and contractors.

 

Relocating to Israel and working in the "Startup Nation" was his next goal and ambition! Tomas joined the Hub, and is contributing to growing the bilateral business, adding his effort to strengthening the two-way bridge between the Israel and the Lithuanian Innovation/Startup ecosystem.

SkaistÄ— worked for the Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology of Lithuania with Horizon 2020, Eurostars and R&I international projects. Focusing on the uptake of Bioeconomy in Lithuania, she organised international conferences “Life Sciences Baltics” and “Innovation Drift”. 
 
While working for the Nordic Council of Ministers SkaistÄ— developed opportunities for Lithuania’s better economic integration into the Baltic Sea region assisting SMEs to cross borders with their entrepreneurial ideas. She had a chance to master the transnational way of working leading international teams towards a common result.
 
In 2017 SkaistÄ— graduated from the Tel Aviv University with an LL.M. in Technology Law adding a third diploma to her interdisciplinary education altogether with International Business Management (B.A.) and Judaism studies (M.A.) in the Vilnius University. 
 
After gaining experience in the fields of innovation facilitation and commercialisation of creative businesses, she joined our team with an unconventional set of professional skills and a well established network in IT, Physical and Life Sciences sectors of Lithuania. SkaistÄ— is eager to accelerate Lithuanias’ knowledge and technology transfer as well as startups to Israel.

Dr. Janis Meiksans has joined our team as Member of Advisory Board in Latvia.

 

For the past 6 years Janis has been working as the General Manager of Teva Baltics / Sicor Biotech UAB.  

 

Teva was established in 1901 in Israel. Today globally Teva has a portfolio of more than 1,000 molecules, producing approximately 64 billion tablets and capsules a year at 66 manufacturing facilities. 

 

Teva ranks among the 10 top pharmaceutical companies in the world and is active in 60 countries. Approximately 43,000 employees around the world are dedicated to the company.

 

From professional background, Janis is well known as a Medical Doctor specialized in Paediatric Surgery. In total, Janis has over 20 years’experience in pharma industry in marketing, sales and distribution, and has been part of a start-up business in 7 emerging markets.

 

Prof. Joseph Press, MD

Prof. Joseph Press was appointed Director of Schneider Children’s Medical Center of Israel in January 2008. Previously, he held the post of Director of the Department of Pediatric Emergency Medicine, and Chair of the Pediatrics Division, at Soroka University Medical Center in Beer Sheba.

 

Born in Lithuania, Prof. Press concluded his medical studies at the Kovna University in Lithuania. Following his immigration to Israel in 1978, he completed his pediatric residency at the Soroka Medical Center.

 

He sub-specialized in Rheumatology at the Hospital for Sick Kids in Toronto, Canada. Prof. Press has served as Associate Professor of Pediatrics on the Faculty of Medicine at Ben Gurion University of the Negev since 2002 and attained full professorship in 2006 and by Tel Aviv University in 2008.

 

He holds degrees in Pediatrics, Rheumatology and Emergency Medicine and has published over 100 original research articles in leading international professional publications throughout the world.

Aleksandras Abišala

Aleksandras Abisala is managing partner of UAB A. Abisala and Partners since 1993. He received Diploma in Physics in 1978, and PhD in 1986 from Vilnius University. For ten years was fellow researcher in semiconductor physics.

 

In 1988 joined Lithuanian Independence Movement, Sajudis. A. Abisala was elected to the Parliament in 1990 to proclaim independent Lithuania. Member of the Cabinet in 1991 to 1992, Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania from July to December 1992.

 

After quitting political carrier, he started independent management consultancy. A. Abisala managed more than 300 consulting projects during 23 years in the profession. Areas included strategic management, investment planning, M&A’s, process management and the similar in most of industries. In 2008, A. Abisala served as Special Envoy of Prime Minister to negotiate special measures by EU to enhance energy security of Lithuania and the Baltics, including extension of operation of Ignalina NPP.

 

A. Abisala was member of Boards of numerous non-government associations, including, among others, Association of Management Consultants of Lithuania, Junior Achievement Lithuania, Knowledge Economy Forum. Since 2011, he is Certified Management Consultant.
