Dear Friends, We are delighted to extend this invitation to you to the “Vilnius – Ra’anana Partnership in Innovation”, Panel session, a part of the Ra’anana Technology “JUNE TECH” Conference, to be held on which will take place on the 28th of June, at 11:15 a.m. at NICE company offices, Zarhin st.13 in Ra’anana. This follows our initiation of a relationship, cooperation between the Israel Lithuania Technology Hub and the Municipality of the town of Ra’anana, which will be launched during the Ra’anana "June Tech Conference”. The Panel discussion will address the present and future collaboration between Israeli and Lithuanian technology companies, respective advantages in each market and the synergies. We also plan on signing two Memoranda of Understanding between the municipalities of Ra’anana and Vilnius, as well as between our Hub, Hubanana (Ra’anana’s Hub for entrepreneurs) and the Vilnius Technology Park, which will provide for an exchange plan for startups from both countries to be hosted in the respective hubs. The Panel will consist of panelists from Israel and Lithuania. Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania H.E. Mr. Edminas Bagdonas and Mayor of Ra’anana Mr. Ze'ev Bielski will be greeting. The Lithuania Session will begin at 11:15 and will be followed at about 13:00 by a brief reception. The confirmed participants from Lithuania will include the former Prime Minister of Lithuania, H.E., Dr. Alkesandras Abisala, Mr. Darius Zakaitis, the Principal and Manager of the Vilnius Technology Park. Further unconfirmed speakers will represent the Municipality of Vilnius and the private Sector. On the Israeli side, confirmed panelists include: Mr. Zeev Zelig, Director of Life Science - ILTH, Mr. Idan Meir, Manager of Hubanana, and Mr. Boaz Inbal, General Manager, Dev. Centers Europe at WIX. In addition to the Panel Session, we plan to host at about 13:00 a refreshment mingling reception for the participants and guests, followed by a cocktail reception with Ra’anana hosts and guests at 18:30 at Regus offices in Ra’anana.
