ILTH team congratulates and sends best wishes to Lithuanians on the occasion of 16 February — Day of re-establishment of the state of Lithuania. We wish to the people of your country continued success, prosperity and peace.

On 17 February Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to the State of Israel invited Lithuania’s friends to celebrate the Day of Restoration of Lithuania’s Independence. A large commerotative gathering took place in Tel Aviv Museum of Art.

On this special occasion the ceremony was held of awarding of Grand Cross of the Order for Merits to Lithuania to the ninth President of the State of Israel H.E. Shimon Peres.
